Dear all;

I set the font size in my thesis as" \fontsize{16}{24pt}\selectfont", but the font size seems too larger in reference section, the reference command is \begin {thebibliography} {99} ~
How to change the font size, Thank for your helping.

Try, e.g.,

\begin{thebibliography}{99}
\fontsize{12}{15pt}\selectfont
...

\end{thebibliography}
